TERMS OF SERVICE

LEAD TIMES - As everything at Taylor Made Leather is made-to-order, there is generally a wait time of about 2 weeks from finalizing an order until it is shipped. Depending on the amount of orders that come through at a time, this lead time may be extended.

REFUND POLICY - Taylor Made Leather employs a no-refund policy. This is due to each and every item we produce being a custom build that cannot be resold. However, we strive for a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is an error, we will do our best to rectify the situation and do everything we can to ensure you are pleased and satisfied with your custom ordered item.

All our products are engraved and dyed by hand. Once an item is finished, we cannot add additional engravings. Dying the leather can be an art in and of itself, and each hide carries its own style of grain. Due to this, we cannot take returns or offer remakes for any color-related concerns.

TAYLOR MADE LEATHER IS A SMALL SHOP BASED IN ARIZONA.

WE OFFER FULL CUSTOMIZATION ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO CREATE A BEAUTIFULLY UNIQUE PIECE YOU WILL BE SURE TO LOVE.
